Dinner #2 - Thanksgiving leftovers

The theme this month was to make a dish that either was stuffed, contained turkey, cranberry or pumpkin. I did not really mean for people to try to satisfy all requirements but I should have realized that my friends are overachievers

Spinach salad with cranberries by L. I love spinach and onions. I do not think my neighbors appreciated my onion eating. L also made the dressing himself. Of course I do not remember what the flavor was.
Samosas stuffed with turkey, cranberry and pumpkin by R. We gobbled these up quickly. There was also a cranberry chutney dressing which I'm sure he made by hand - even the growing of the cranberries.
Herb stuffed chicken by D/E. So unbelievably juicy. mmm. Why is it that we eat turkey for thanksgiving again? We should just eat chicken like this.
Bell peppers stuffed with turkey, pumpkin, cranberry, and rice by B. I admit I was wondering how it would taste with all those different flavors but presentation was quite lovely. The bell pepper was the perfect complement to the rich range of flavors.
Pumpkin/Cranberry bread a la mode by V - Ok, I don't like pumpkin but this bread/cake thing just melted in my mouth and was wonderful. mmm. There was some pumpkin ice cream too.
I forgot what these are called but basically little pastries stuffed with chocolate and almonds with cinnamon on top. I was worried it wouldn't be sweet enough but it seemed to go down ok.
